Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this Site and, once activated, the Tabseet legal practice management service. By using this Site or requesting a Tabseet workspace, you agree to follow these Terms. Any subscription-specific pricing, service levels, data-processing terms, and order details will be provided before the relevant subscription begins.

Intellectual property

All content published and made available on this Site is the property of Tabseet and its creators. This includes, but is not limited to, images, text, logos, documents, downloadable files, and anything else that contributes to the composition of this Site.

Acceptable use

As a user of this Site or a Tabseet workspace, you agree to use the service legally, not for illegal purposes, and not to:

  • Harass or mistreat other users of the Site or your firm's workspace;
  • Violate the rights of other users;
  • Violate the intellectual property rights of Tabseet or any third party;
  • Attempt to access another user's or firm's account or data without authorization;
  • Act in any way that could be considered fraudulent;
  • Post or upload material that may be deemed inappropriate, offensive, or unlawful; or
  • Send unsolicited communications (spam) to contacts listed on or reached through the Site.

If we believe you are using the Site or a Tabseet workspace illegally or in a manner that violates these Terms, we reserve the right to limit, suspend, or terminate your access, and to take any legal steps necessary to prevent further access.

Accounts and workspaces

When you create a Tabseet workspace, you agree that:

  • You are solely responsible for your account and workspace, and for the security and privacy of login credentials or sensitive information attached to it; and
  • All information you provide to us is up to date, accurate, and truthful, and that you will update it if it changes.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you use the Site or your workspace illegally or in violation of these Terms.

Subscriptions and services

These Terms govern the subscriptions and services made available on this Site, which may include:

  • Tabseet subscription plans;
  • Data migration services; and
  • Additional onboarding and training services.

We will provide the services described in the applicable order or subscription confirmation. Features, pricing, availability, service levels, and onboarding terms will be confirmed before a subscription begins. We may decline or cancel a request before activation; if we have already received payment for a cancelled request, we will refund the amount paid unless applicable law requires a different result.

Subscriptions and billing

Tabseet offers monthly and annual SaaS subscriptions. Clients pay before using the subscription. A subscription renews for the selected period unless cancelled. Clients may cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. No partial-period refund is implied unless required by applicable law or stated in the applicable subscription confirmation. If no subscription has been activated, no recurring charge is created by submitting the workspace-registration form.

Payments

Tabseet collects subscription payment before use through Paddle.com. Billing currency, taxes, due dates, payment-provider terms, and any available payment methods will be shown at checkout or in the applicable subscription confirmation. By providing payment information, you authorize the agreed charges to be processed through Paddle.com. Full card details are handled by Paddle.com and are not intended to be stored by Tabseet.

Right to cancel and reimbursement

Any statutory cancellation, withdrawal, refund, or consumer-protection rights that apply to you remain unaffected. The applicable order or subscription confirmation will state the commercial cancellation and refund process. Where a refund is due, we will use the original payment method unless the law or the parties agree otherwise.

Consumer protection law

Where mandatory consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction applies and cannot be excluded, nothing in these Terms limits your legal rights and remedies under that legislation. These Terms will be read subject to the mandatory provisions of that legislation, and where there is a conflict between these Terms and that legislation, the mandatory provisions of the legislation will apply.

Limitation of liability

Tabseet and our directors, officers, agents, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses — including legal fees — arising from your use of the Site, except to the extent such liability cannot be excluded by law.

Indemnity

Except where prohibited by law, by using this Site you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tabseet and our directors, officers, agents, employees, and affiliates from any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses — including legal fees — arising out of your use of this Site or your violation of these Terms.

Applicable law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. The courts of Bahrain have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to you.

Force majeure

Tabseet will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered as a result of delivery of the service being delayed, prevented, hindered, or made uneconomic by reason of circumstances or events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Act of God, riot, strike, lock-out, trade dispute, act of terrorism, labour disturbance, accident, fire, flood, or storm;
  • Failure by a client to give adequate instructions or supply necessary information in due time; or
  • Failure by any third party to carry out their part of the work or otherwise perform their obligations when required.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be inconsistent or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be deemed void and removed from these Terms, without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.

Changes

These Terms may be amended from time to time to maintain legal compliance and to reflect changes to the Site or the service. We will notify users of material changes by email or by posting a notice on this Site.
